UX Design Leader

IPXCEL, a digital innovation company, is seeking a UX Design Leader to define and own the UX strategy for IPXCEL’s platform and digital products, lead a UX/UI design team, and work closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end UX strategy for IPXCEL’s platform and digital products
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of UX/UI designers and researchers
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to translate business goals into user-centric solutions
• Champion design systems, accessibility, and UX best practices across the organization
• Drive user research, usability testing, and continuous feedback loops
• Ensure a seamless and engaging multi-modal UX (text, visual, voice, or AI-driven interactions)
• Lead design sprints and co-creation sessions to accelerate idea-to-product journeys

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in UX, interaction design, or product design, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, leadership, and real-world impact
• Proven ability to build and scale UX teams, design systems, and cross-functional collaboration
• Hands-on experience in Figma, Adobe XD, or other design and prototyping tools
• Deep understanding of human-centered design, AI-assisted UX, and behavioral UX patterns
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders
• Passionate about innovation, IP, startups, or building from 0→1
