KREWE, a high fashion eyewear brand, is seeking a UX/UI Designer to lead design execution across KREWE.com, report directly to the Sr. Manager of E-commerce, and work closely with the Art Director and developers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development & creation of wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions
  • Create adaptable designs that provide optimal user experiences across a variety of devices, including desktop, tablet, and mobile
  • Identify UX issues and propose thoughtful, scalable solutions across digital platforms
  • Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design solutions and make necessary adjustments based on user feedback
  • Regularly review site & consumer data to inform design decisions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, developers, brand, and marketing) to define project goals, technical constraints, and ensure designs are feasible and aligned with overall brand vision
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems & processes, ensuring consistency in application & evolution

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of user-centered projects
  • Expertise in mobile, tablet, and desktop design best practices
  • Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability testing, and accessibility standards
  • Solid understanding of how to interpret A/B testing, conversion, heat map, and critical path data
  • Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a huge plus
  • Experience with animation or motion design is a bonus
