Onsite Full-time Mid-level

Join our team as a UI Website Designer to create high-performing, conversion-driven websites using modern design tools and trends.

Design clean, modern, and high-performing website layouts focused on conversions.
Apply conversion psychology (visual hierarchy, CTA optimization, user journey flow, etc.).
Integrate UI animations for engaging the user experience.
Collaborate with developers and project leads from concept to execution.

Specialization in designing conversion-driven websites.
Strong portfolio showcasing web designs with modern aesthetics and strategic thinking.
Expert in Figma (including use of advanced plugins, components, and auto-layout).
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of conversion-focused design principles and A/B testing fundamentals.
Basic understanding of web development (HTML/CSS is a plus, but not required).
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
Good internet speed with electricity backup is a must!
