The Experience Design team is seeking a UX Design Researcher to conduct end-to-end customer experience research and support transformational opportunities within patient, customer, and employee experiences using Design Thinking and Human Centered Design methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct CX/UX research, including user evaluation, insights, and testing (40%)
  • Collaborate, facilitate, and design sessions (15%)
  • Engage in business process and emerging technologies (10%)
  • Analyze, synthesize, and develop strategy (10%)
  • Communicate, report, and present executive read-outs (10%)
  • Support design, iterative co-creation (10%)
  • Manage stakeholder relations (5%)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a research-related field (e.g., Human-Centered Design, Human Factors, Information Design, Psychology)
  • 6-8 years of related working experience in CX or UX Research
  • Strong foundation in qualitative research, with familiarity in quantitative methods and data analysis
  • Experience with UX tools such as Smaply, UserZoom, and UserTesting
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Suite, Jira, Confluence, Adobe Analytics, Medallia, or similar tools
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with high attention to detail
