The Experience Design team is seeking a UX Design Researcher to conduct end-to-end customer experience research and support transformational opportunities within patient, customer, and employee experiences using Design Thinking and Human Centered Design methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct CX/UX research, including user evaluation, insights, and testing (40%)
- Collaborate, facilitate, and design sessions (15%)
- Engage in business process and emerging technologies (10%)
- Analyze, synthesize, and develop strategy (10%)
- Communicate, report, and present executive read-outs (10%)
- Support design, iterative co-creation (10%)
- Manage stakeholder relations (5%)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a research-related field (e.g., Human-Centered Design, Human Factors, Information Design, Psychology)
- 6-8 years of related working experience in CX or UX Research
- Strong foundation in qualitative research, with familiarity in quantitative methods and data analysis
- Experience with UX tools such as Smaply, UserZoom, and UserTesting
- Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Suite, Jira, Confluence, Adobe Analytics, Medallia, or similar tools
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with high attention to detail
