Staff Product Designer

Join Sigma's product design team as a Designer to create world-class data analytics experiences for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple areas of the product and define the future of data analytics
• Work with a talented, data-obsessed team
• Design delightful user experiences for business users exploring data and insights
• Own areas of the product from design concept to release
• Collaborate with PM, research, customer success, and support teams
• Seek end-user product feedback and advance solutions to improve product adoption

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in interaction design
• Experience driving vision and future thinking
• Experience leading multiple areas and presenting new directions to leadership
• Strong interaction design fundamentals with visual appeal
• Proven track record of designing commercially successful software
• Capable of working autonomously and delivering high-quality design solutions
• Rapid iteration, feedback cycles, and experimentation skills
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
• Bachelor or Masters in HCI, Interaction Design, or related field
• Expert in Figma
• Startup experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design work with emphasis on interaction design
