Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customer and Runner experiences.
- Design experiences across various touchpoints.
- Conduct research to inform the company about user needs.
- Mock-up solutions, test with users, and iterate until the product is great.
- Present ideas to peers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Work with cross-disciplinary partners to solve design problems.
Requirements
- Degree in product design, digital design, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a similar role.
- 2+ years of experience working for a consumer product company or similar.
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered designs across mobile and web applications.
- Figma expert, familiar with design patterns, prototyping, and production tools.
