
Join ViaBill as a part-time UX Copywriter, shaping user experiences and copy strategy for a fast-growing FinTech company.
Responsibilities
- Write clear, concise copy for UI elements such as buttons, form fields, error messages, tooltips, and notifications.
- Collaborate on mapping user journeys and designing wireframes or flow diagrams to inform and validate copy choices.
- Partner with UX/UI designers, product managers, CX researchers, and developers to integrate copy seamlessly into product designs and roadmaps.
- Help define and preserve a consistent, on-brand tone across all digital touchpoints and customer journey.
- Develop engaging, on-brand posts, captions, and short-form content for social channels that foster community and brand affinity.
- Write and optimize website pages (landing pages, help articles, blog posts) for clarity, persuasion, conversion, and search visibility.
Requirements
- Excellent grasp of UX principles, information hierarchy, and basic interaction design.
- Hands-on experience with customer journey mapping or service design.
- Ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic SEO knowledge and experience optimizing web copy.
- Native-level Danish proficiency and excellent English skills.
- Currently studying, finalizing a Bachelor’s or starting a Master’s in marketing, design, communications, or business.
