Responsibilities
- Conduct user interviews and data analysis to understand user needs
- Define simple and impactful solutions with designers and developers
- Manage delivery phases, including sprints, QA, and documentation
- Track KPIs and propose iterative improvements to the product
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure the impact of features
- Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, processes, and product culture
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management in a tech or SaaS environment
- Solid analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Strong product culture, including discovery, delivery, UX, and business impact
- Ability to lead sprints, facilitate rituals, and manage developments
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and Ops
