Seeking a Web & Brand Designer with 5+ years of experience to create high-performing, responsive websites for healthcare clients.

Responsibilities

• Design responsive website layouts and UI components in Figma aligned with branding and user needs.
• Develop brand identity systems, including logos, typography, color palettes, and visual guidelines.
• Create detailed design systems, style guides, and interactive prototypes for developer handoff.
• Ensure designs are optimized for performance, accessibility, and conversion.
• Iterate based on feedback and testing results to refine the user and brand experience.
• Maintain organized design files and documentation to support both brand and web development workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Web/Brand design with strong expertise in Figma.
• Familiarity with Webflow’s design structure for developer handoff.
• Portfolio demonstrating clean, responsive Web design in healthcare or service-based industries.
• Strong grasp of UX/UI principles, typography, layout, and accessibility standards.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
