Responsibilities
- Design and develop websites using various platforms
- Customize themes, layouts, and user interfaces as per client guidelines
- Collaborate with content and graphics teams for site content and design
- Ensure mobile responsiveness, fast load times, and cross-browser compatibility
- Integrate third-party tools and CRM systems
- Conduct website audits for SEO and speed optimization
- Implement landing pages for performance marketing campaigns
- Revise and iterate website designs based on feedback
- Stay updated with website design trends and technologies
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Web Design, Multimedia, Computer Applications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in website design and development
- Proficiency with WordPress (Elementor), Shopify, Wix (Webflow is a plus)
- Understanding of UI/UX principles, modern web design trends, and conversion-focused layouts
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS for minor customizations
- Familiarity with website speed optimization, SEO fundamentals, and responsive design best practices
- Strong communication and client interaction skills
