UX/UI Designer

Vertech is seeking a UX Researcher and Designer to create user-centric experiences for industrial automation solutions, conducting research and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including field studies, user interviews, usability testing, and surveys
• Analyze and synthesize research data to generate actionable insights
• Create personas, journey maps, and workflows to guide product strategy
• Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for web, desktop, and embedded applications
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency
• Work with agile development teams to bring designs to life
• Iterate based on user feedback and data analytics
• Advocate for the user throughout the development lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Industrial Design, Psychology, or related field
• 7-10+ years of experience in UX/UI research and/or design
• Proven experience working on complex B2B or industrial applications
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Strong research and communication skills
• Familiarity with human factors, usability standards, and safety requirements in industrial environments
