Join Alto's Product & Technology team as a Product Designer, focusing on user-centered digital experiences, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for products from ideation to final implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into design solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs, and design specifications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback
- Maintain and iterate on Alto’s design system
- Advocate for user-centered design principles
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, HCI, Industrial Design, Visual Design/Web Design)
- 3+ years of experience in product design
- Proficient in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience in user research, user testing, and data analysis
- Familiarity with front-end development processes (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
