Responsibilities
- Design and prototype new product concepts
- Utilize research to design new, understandable concepts
- Provide relevant data to support decision-making
- Work closely with product management, localization, and engineering teams
- Deliver polished comps, flows, and assets
- Present new design concepts to stakeholders
- Gather and test user feedback
- Ensure feedback is validated and implemented
- Ensure smooth delivery to developers
Requirements
- 3+ years in human interaction sociology, psychology, or design
- Portfolio of outstanding work
- High School Diploma or GED
- Self-motivation and ability to make independent decisions
- Outstanding listening skills
- High level of customer focus
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to initiate creative and critical thinking
