Responsibilities
- Define and execute design strategy for CDF
- Partner with product managers and engineering leads
- Lead design thinking sessions and workshops
- Manage and mentor design team members
- Create seamless experiences for technical and business users
- Conduct user research with data professionals
- Present design concepts to executive leadership
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience
- 3+ years in senior or principal-level roles
- Proven track record in B2B software design for data, analytics, or AI/ML
- Experience with enterprise software design patterns
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving for complex, data-heavy interfaces
- Previous people manager experience
