Join Aquent Studios as a Senior UX Researcher to drive human-centered strategy across supply chain platforms, leading research efforts and influencing product design.
Responsibilities
- Perform end-user facing research to gain insights for enterprise-level user experience
- Communicate insights for use in the design process
- Stay updated with new methods, technology, and trends in user experience research and design
- Ensure the end-user voice is represented throughout the solution development process
- Perform subjective and objective research, both qualitatively and quantitatively
- Leverage appropriate personas and ensure testing covers representative user populations and personas
- Communicate research insights resulting in recommendations and priorities for user-centric design
- Define the most usable workflows that align with explicit design philosophy
Requirements
- Experience in various competitive and market research methodologies
- Understanding of representing user populations using meaningful personas
- Familiarity with Figma, MS Office Tools including PowerPoint & Teams, Nice to have: Mural, Figjam
