Principal Web User Experience Designer

Create exceptional user experiences for Gexa Energy and Frontier brands as a Senior UI/UX Designer, using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design.

Responsibilities

• Create a human-centered design program for digital properties
• Utilize data to inform design direction for transactional user journeys
• Review and guide designers/vendors, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering
• Oversee quality of design enhancements and serve as final approver
• Set UX metrics to track and improve applications
• Work with product owners to understand user journeys
• Implement best practices for Conversion Rate Optimization
• Support CRO testing with wireframes
• Manage design and usability toolkits, including user access and budgets
• Collaborate with product management, developers, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience
• Proven ability to set design standards and train a design team
