
UI/UX Lead Designer needed for a light-weight website revamp, focusing on visual identity, messaging, and user journey alignment with updated brand direction.
Responsibilities
- Redesign the Hero Section (Top Priority): Refresh the homepage hero area, including tagline, subcopy, CTAs, illustrations, and customer logos.
- Visual Alignment Across Site: Update visual elements (fonts, components, spacing, colors) across key pages (product, use case, etc.) to create a unified and modern look
- UX Optimization: Shape the user journey from landing β understanding value β taking action (e.g., request demo, explore product), with attention to mobile usability
- Component Design & Asset Creation: Design and deliver UI components like buttons, tiles, cards, and forms
- Developer Handoff: Provide clean Figma files, specs, and exportable assets optimized for development with Next.js + Tailwind
- A/B Testing Support: Assist in setting up or advising on A/B tests (e.g., hero subtitle, CTA placement) to help optimize for conversions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with SaaS or B2B web experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused web design and design systems thinking
- Proficient in Figma, with a track record of clean handoffs to dev teams
- Familiarity with responsive/mobile design and modern web frameworks
- Self-driven and proactive
- Front-end development skills (especially in Next.js + Tailwind)
- Experience supporting A/B testing or CRO efforts
