Web & Digital Specialist responsible for optimizing online user experience, applying interactive and visual design principles, and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the website's frontend functionalities
• Ensure responsive designs that work seamlessly across devices
• Develop visually appealing layouts and designs that align with brand guidelines
• Content creation and management
• Maintain a strong working relationship with the web agency to execute projects efficiently
• Communicate requirements, objectives, and feedback clearly
• Analyze and enhance the website's user journey to maximize engagement and satisfaction
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback
• Propose and execute strategies for simplifying navigation and improving accessibility
• Leverage Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, analyze user behavior, and produce actionable insights
• Utilize Google Search Console to identify and resolve technical issues
• Integrate additional Google tools, such as Tag Manager and Ads
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
• Perform keyword analysis and optimize on-page and off-page elements
• Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment between SEO and content goals

Requirements

• College degree and applicable experience required
• Experience in website management and e-commerce. Preference in Adobe Magento.
• Proficiency in frontend development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and frameworks
• Strong understanding of UX principles and design tools
• Experience with Google tools, including Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager
• In-depth knowledge of SEO strategies and tools
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with external agencies and internal stakeholders
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and propose actionable strategies
• Problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges efficiently
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity to develop innovative solutions and improve user engagement
