Responsibilities
- Apply visual design principles to deliver elegant, intuitive interfaces
- Design consistent, scalable, and on-brand visuals
- Translate wireframes into high-fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate with interactive designers for motion and micro-interactions
- Maintain and evolve the design system and visual identity
- Mentor junior designers and elevate visual quality across the board
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe XD
- Experience in visual storytelling through iconography and color systems
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business)
- Leadership and mentorship in a design team context
