Lead Pattern’s web design as Head of Web Design, crafting visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces for the Pattern website.
Responsibilities
- Own the website strategy based on data findings
- Design visually striking and user-friendly interfaces
- Articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders
- Maintain brand consistency across visual designs
- Conduct usability testing and accessible design implementation
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data, and testing
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in web and/or product design
- Proven track record of delivering user-centered designs
- Proficient in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience with Webflow
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and responsive design
