Graphic Designer

Paladin Drones seeks a Graphic Designer to shape visual identity across multiple platforms, promoting innovative drone systems for public safety.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital and print touchpoints
• Design marketing assets including brochures, infographics, presentations, digital advertisements, and email campaigns
• Collaborate with web development teams to produce user-friendly and visually appealing website assets and layouts
• Design visuals for product interfaces, packaging, and related materials aligned with Paladin Drones' innovative image
• Develop engaging content for social media platforms, including graphics, animations, and short videos
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute effective design solutions for various projects
• Lead the design of end-to-end marketing campaigns for events, including collateral such as signage, booth graphics, online ads, and email sequences
• Ensure UI consistency and visual appeal across all digital platforms

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within technology or startup environments
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar design tools
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of digital, print, and web-based projects
• Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for quality and consistency
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bonus: Experience with animation, video editing, or 3D modeling software
