Brand Designer, Web Experience

Experiment with and help define the future of AI by crafting engaging digital experiences as a Brand Designer at Anthropic, specializing in web design and CMS development.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive web experiences using Webflow and CMS platforms
• Create and manage reusable components and templates within CMS for efficient updates
• Design coherent user flows and information architecture for digital experiences
• Develop rapid prototypes and iterate design concepts based on feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive user experience
• Document design standards and best practices for consistent digital properties
• Create wireframes and high-fidelity designs leveraging existing components
• Work with diverse teams to translate complex AI concepts into engaging web experiences

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience in web design with a strong portfolio of responsive, CMS-driven websites
• Experience working within content management systems such as Webflow and Framer
• Proficient in UX/UI patterns and best practices for creating intuitive user experiences
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for platform functionality
• Experience interpreting user research to inform design decisions
• Experience with A/B testing and metrics for optimizing design solutions
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and universal design principles
• Knowledge of responsive design principles
