Web Developer/Designer

Join Primerica's creative department as a Web Designer/Developer, working on visually compelling and user-friendly websites.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain websites that authenticate Primerica’s brand
• Ensure high standards of brand consistency, quality, usability, and visual appeal
• Assess and improve web interfaces to enhance user experience
• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code
• Create website layouts using standard HTML/CSS/LESS/SASS practices
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends
• Collaborate with the creative director to maintain Primerica’s brand identity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 2-3 years’ experience in web design and development
• Excellent graphic design skills, including typography
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in web markup, including HTML5, CSS
• Proficiency in LESS and SASS for server-side CSS pre-processing
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, AJAX, SEO principles, and web ADA compliance
• Superior organization skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects
• Ability to work extended hours and in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently
