Web Designer required to create functional, modern websites. On-site, full-time position in commuting distance.
Responsibilities
- Design modern, responsive websites and landing pages
- Collaborate with in-house developer to translate designs into code
- Maintain and update existing websites
- Create wireframes, mockups, and visual prototypes
- Gather feedback and provide design expertise
- Stay current with design trends and best practices in UI/UX
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience in web design
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and basic responsive web development
- Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with basic SEO principles and web accessibility standards
- Strong portfolio showcasing website and UI/UX work
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Motion or animation design skills (desirable)
