Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for visual storytelling, compelling design, and creative expression that resonates with Medtronic's purpose and vision.

Responsibilities

• Conceive, design, and lay out impactful editorial illustrations and creative artwork
• Develop interpretive themes that convey ideas and complex information
• Create graphic presentations and visuals that communicate mood, tone, emphasis, and viewpoint
• Provide expert guidance on graphic design tools, trends, and technologies
• Partner closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver thoughtful design solutions
• Deliver digital assets including web graphics, internal portals, training visuals, and presentation materials
• May provide input or oversee production processes

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in graphic design or equivalent experience OR 4+ years with an Associate's Degree OR 2+ years with a Baccalaureate Degree
• Strong portfolio showcasing design versatility across print and digital platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Solid understanding of branding, layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
