Onward Search is seeking a Content Designer with UX writing expertise to create user-friendly digital content for a remote, long-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Optimize content across multiple channels for user needs.
• Leverage data science and UX research to understand user behavior.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape user experiences.
• Develop user stories and content priorities.
• Ensure consistent voice and tone in content.
• Lead content design workshops and critiques.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in UX writing, UX design, or content design.
• 2 years of experience in Agile and lean UX practices.
• Proficiency in UX wireframing, UX flows, and prototyping tools.
• Experience in regulated industries (pharmacy or healthcare preferred).
• Familiarity with enterprise content management systems.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field (preferred).
