Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, high-performing ads using Pencil platform
• Lead and inspire a team with creative solutions daily
• Deep knowledge of marketing principles and branding
• Intervene in developing, generating, or retouching outputs to meet quality standards
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to accept feedback and iterate designs
• Collaborate with Training, Product, and Engineering teams to explore and implement new GenAl techniques and features
• Stay updated with AI trends and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions
• Ensure final deliverables exceed design and production requirements

Requirements

• 4-5 years of design and animation experience
• Experience working with beauty brands
• Expertise in design and animation across all platforms
• Excellent design, typography, and layout skills
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
• Attention to detail
• Experience working closely with clients
• Strong client liaison with a proven track record of strong client relationships
• Effective organisation and prioritization
• Confident working in a fast-paced, changing client environment
• Aptitude to learn new software and programmes
• Self-motivated, collaborative team player
• Discrete about all confidential and personal information
• Driven, proactive, and enthusiastic
• Willingness to learn and incorporate AI into design processes
