GenAI Motion Graphic Designer

OLIVER is a global leader in designing, building, and running bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems, leveraging AI to enhance creativity and efficiency. This role focuses on using GenAI to create high-quality motion graphics for advertising in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, high-performing ads using GenAI tools
• Inspire a team with creative solutions day-to-day
• Overcome creative challenges and expand GenAI techniques
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Iterate over designs in a collaborative, low-ego team environment
• Ensure final deliverables exceed requirements and expectations
• Work with Training, Product, and Engineering teams to improve GenAI processes
• Stay AI proficient and up-to-date with evolving trends
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to foster AI expertise

Requirements

• 4-5 years of design and animation experience
• Experience working with beauty brands
• Expertise in design and animation across all platforms
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere
• Attention to detail and ability to work under own initiative
• Strong client liaison skills and track record of developing client relationships
• Effective organization and prioritization of workloads
• Working knowledge of After Effects animation
• Confidence in fast-paced, changing client environments
• Passion for learning and incorporating AI into design processes
• Self-motivated and collaborative team player
