Join OLIVER in Mumbai as a GenAI Motion Graphic Designer to create high-quality, AI-driven ads for clients using the Pencil platform.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality, high-performing ads for clients using the Pencil platform
Collaborate with teams to solve creative challenges with GenAI tools
Intervene in developing, generating, or retouching outputs for quality assurance
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Train and share knowledge on new GenAI techniques and tools
Test and provide feedback on new GenAI features to improve the platform

Requirements

4-5 years of design and animation experience, with a focus on beauty brands
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)
Strong design, typography, and layout skills
Experience in client liaison and project management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Proficient in using and teaching AI tools, particularly Pencil AI
Passionate about AI and design, with a willingness to learn and adapt
