UI UX Designer

UI/UX Designer with a focus on leveraging AI tools to create innovative user experiences for web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
• Design high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes
• Utilize AI tools for brainstorming, ideation, rapid visual concepting, and asset generation
• Integrate GenAI capabilities into user experiences
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components
• Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends and AI technologies
• Present and justify design decisions
• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 2-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools
• Understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and usability best practices
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience designing for enterprise applications or complex workflows (nice to have)
• Animation or motion design skills (nice to have)
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) (nice to have)
• Familiarity with Agile development environments (nice to have)
• Experience integrating AI or GenAI features into end-user experiences (nice to have)
