Graphics and Motion Designer

IMERGEY seeks a Graphics and Motion Designer with 3+ years of experience to create high-end visuals for executive communications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop executive-level infographics, banners, posters, and visual content for internal and external communication.
• Create interactive and animated visual aids using tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Vyond, and other equivalent platforms.
• Conceptualize and produce flowcharts, graphs, diagrams, and other high-impact visual elements that communicate complex data clearly and effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand content requirements and deliver visuals aligned with brand and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain consistency in design style, formatting, and tone across all visual outputs.
• Translate written and spoken ideas into compelling design concepts and animations.
• Review and iterate designs based on feedback while meeting project timelines.
• Ensure final graphics and animations are visually polished, technically accurate, and optimized for performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and tools to suggest and incorporate innovative design techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Fine/Applied Arts, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in designing graphics, animations, and videos for professional use.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), Articulate Storyline 360, and Vyond (or similar platforms).
• Familiarity with video editing tools and visual asset optimization.
• Knowledge of Blender, Maya, or equivalent 3D software is a strong plus.
• A strong and versatile portfolio showcasing previous work in infographics, animation, and interactive media.
• Excellent visual storytelling and layout skills, with a deep attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines, ensure design compliance, and work within defined visual systems.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects with minimal supervision.
