Senior Product Designer

Join Ramp as a Senior Product Designer to lead design for core products, work closely with cross-functional teams, and advocate for user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and user experience for significant parts of our core product
• Work directly with Principal Designers, Product, and Engineering leads to transform company strategy into prioritized initiatives
• Break down ambiguous problems, prioritize work, and align cross-functional teams
• Sweat the details, strive for simplicity, and tie together interconnected projects
• Leverage direct line to customers for insights, explore solutions, and create prototypes
• Advocate for users by iterating and evolving core products and experiences
• Collaborate with the design team to evolve product vision, design systems, and brand guidelines
• Participate in team rituals, help hire more amazing people, and contribute to the design internship program

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of tech/startup or digital product agency experience
• Demonstrated experience with end-to-end product design
• Experience working with developers and PMs in building and shipping applications
• Extraordinary visual design skills and understanding of UX principles
• Background in visual/interaction design, UX/UI, branding & identity, and typography
• Experience with low and high-fidelity prototyping
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
