Responsibilities
- Create user-centric designs, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Map and optimize complex partner journeys for portfolio management, client servicing, and operational tools
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align design with business goals
- Lead and participate in workshops, design sprints, and co-creation sessions
- Apply and contribute to Saxo's design system for consistency and scalability
- Document flows, states, and interactions to support smooth implementation by developers
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment with multiple dependencies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design
- Strong proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems
- Experience designing for complex, data-rich environments
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Familiarity with financial services, trading platforms, or fintech is a plus
