Senior Product Designer/ UX Engineer - Platform, Design Systems

Hybrid $50,000 - $70,000 Full-Time Senior

SentinelOne is seeking a Senior Product Designer to enhance its design system and platform services, focusing on scalability and consistency in cybersecurity products.

Responsibilities

Design and evolve foundational design system components, patterns, and guidelines.
Facilitate and participate in design system operations.
Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate insights.
Mentor designers to cultivate platform-specific skills.
Conduct feasibility reviews and enablement of product design teams.

Requirements

Experience in designing platforms, particularly building enterprise B2B design systems.
Experience in cybersecurity domains is a plus.
Ability to abstract and generalize user problems across multiple products.
Solid communication and collaboration skills.
Experienced in facilitating design operations related to design systems.
Expert proficiency in core design tools (e.g., Figma).
Comfortable engaging with engineering concepts and emerging technologies.
Understanding of front-end technologies (JS, CSS, HTML, React) is a plus.
