Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-product initiatives and deliver world-class product experiences.
• Drive end-to-end user experience, design languages, and frameworks.
• Provide strategic direction, vision, and leadership for large collaborative efforts.
• Share knowledge and expertise with others to elevate colleagues and teams.
• Influence product design processes across business units.

Requirements

• Experience leveraging AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Experience in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
• Experience in user experience design or related industry experience.
• 10+ years of relevant design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional product design solutions.
• Experience producing high-fidelity specifications for product design experiences.
• Advocate for design value and purpose across the company and externally.
