Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build, scale, and optimize AI systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and model machine learning tasks
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines
• Fine-tune custom LLMs for specific use cases
• Monitor AI system performance and automate retraining processes
• Partner with PMs, UX/UI, and engineers for AI embedding
• Act as a go-to expert for AI/ML, drive internal initiatives, and provide training

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics
• 3+ years of professional experience in machine learning and deployment, with 1 year in deep learning and NLP
• 6+ years in software development, emphasizing code quality and collaboration
• Strong Python skills with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn
• Experience with version control, collaborative code reviews, and containerization
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Hugging Face, LLaMA)
