Creative and data-driven UI/UX Designer needed for a role in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

Responsibilities

Evaluate existing screens using data insights from access analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing
Identify UI/UX issues and create reports for KPI improvements
Create user flows, screen transitions, and wireframes
Develop interactive prototypes in Figma for stakeholder feedback
Design interfaces based on business and technical requirements
Plan and conduct design reviews, usability tests, and user interviews
Propose and implement UX improvements based on user feedback

Requirements

2+ years of professional experience in UI design and prototyping with Figma
2+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools
Hands-on experience using GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar for UX improvements
Proven ability to collaborate with development teams in an agile environment
Proficient in English (written and verbal)
