UI/UX Designer

Join a design-driven product team in Switzerland as a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, scalable digital experiences for diverse clients across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, user flows, and prototypes based on project goals
• Create visually polished UI designs that align with brand guidelines
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate on solutions
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation
• Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to manage design systems
• Present ideas clearly to internal teams or clients

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile UI and UX design
• Proficient with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Understanding of design principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design
• Fluent in English; based in Switzerland or able to work in CET timezone
• Experience with SaaS, e-commerce, or data-heavy platforms (Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or working with dev handoff tools (Nice to Have)
• Experience conducting usability tests or A/B experiments (Nice to Have)
• Basic motion/animation design (e.g., Lottie, After Effects) (Nice to Have)
• Knowledge of German or French (Nice to Have)
