UX Researcher (계약직)

Join Today’s House UX Research Team as a UX Researcher, where you will lead research efforts, create user insights, and drive customer-centric decision-making to enhance lifestyle tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research focusing on service/business impact, prioritizing research tasks.
• Define research questions independently, determine appropriate methodologies, and design flexible, fast-paced research.
• Identify core issues from a user perspective and analyze research results.
• Discuss action items and lead discussions on product and service improvement aligning with strategic goals.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Designers, and Business Owners across various domains.

Requirements

• UX research project experience from start to finish.
• Ability to analyze data and identify problem areas, set hypotheses.
• Interest in the evangelist role of user voice within the organization.
• Quantitative data analysis experience is a plus.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, producing impact with limited time and resources.
• Experience in startups, e-commerce, content, or B2C mobile services is preferred.
