Senior UX Researcher

Tala is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead end-to-end research initiatives and help design new product features that empower users in India.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end research initiatives
• Execute research and drive insights generation
• Translate research findings to influence product strategy

• Be a subject matter expert in the financial services landscape

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in managing and executing applied user research
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
• Exceptional research skills and comfortable with a wide range of mixed methods
• Proficiency in creating practical research deliverables
• Experience in collaborating effectively with cross-functional product teams
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
