Join our Thailand team as a UX/UI Designer in the logistics domain, focusing on optimizing end-to-end user experiences across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the end-to-end operations experience for logistics users
  • Develop strategies and solutions to enhance user satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and improvements
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Conduct research and gather insights from local operators in Thailand
  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and market adaptation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
  • Strong expertise in UX/UI design principles and interaction design
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication and collaboration
  • Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe
  • Ability to translate insights into actionable designs
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
