Join our Thailand team as a UX/UI Designer in the logistics domain, focusing on optimizing end-to-end user experiences across Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end operations experience for logistics users
- Develop strategies and solutions to enhance user satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and improvements
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct research and gather insights from local operators in Thailand
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and market adaptation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
- Strong expertise in UX/UI design principles and interaction design
- Proficiency in English for effective communication and collaboration
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe
- Ability to translate insights into actionable designs
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
