Remote Full-time Senior

Zensar Technologies is hiring a remote lead UX/UI designer in the USA, requiring 8+ years of experience, with a focus on user-centered design.

Responsibilities

Participate in design discussions and provide feedback
Translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, and prototypes
Test assets and optimize performance
Iterate designs based on feedback
Create digital assets for various platforms
Design on-brand creative solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet design standards
Work with the development team on technical feasibility
Justify design alignment with user-centered principles

Requirements

8+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in high-tech
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities
Curious and confident, proactive in a fast-paced environment
Keen eye for design, attention to detail
Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of user-centered design, rapid prototyping, and user testing
Strong communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
