Responsibilities

  • Create elegant solutions to complex problems
  • Design concepts for platform usability, education, relevance
  • Drive work from discovery and concept through detailed design and delivery
  • Contribute to OKRs, product strategy, vision, and roadmap
  • Partner with user research and testing, ensuring usability and consistency

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product design
  • Systems approach to designing large concepts and micro-interactions
  • Proficient in Figma and prototyping
  • Experience with UX methodologies for complex systems
  • Effective at storytelling and tailoring presentations for different audiences
