UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to create exceptional user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms, working closely with product managers, developers, and other designers.

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, user flows, and prototypes based on project goals
• Create visually polished UI designs that align with brand guidelines
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation
• Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to manage design systems and deliverables
• Present ideas clearly to internal teams or clients

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and/or mobile UI and UX design
• Proficient with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Understanding of design principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design
• Fluent in English; based in Switzerland or able to work in CET timezone
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
