Annalect UK is seeking a User Experience Executive to support their software engineering team, ensuring designs align with Omni design standards and follow UX best practices.
Responsibilities
- Evangelize for UX in the wider business
- Solve complex, creative technical problems with a focus on user needs
- Work collaboratively in a cross-functional team within an Agile/Scrum environment
- Join the global Annalect design community to align products with Omni design standards
- Stay ahead of UI/UX trends and ensure designs follow best practices and accessibility guidelines
- Work across multiple projects, from large-scale application builds to ongoing design improvements
- Ensure designs are inclusive and accessible, meeting relevant standards
Requirements
- Good base experience in UX design, including research, creativity, wireframing, and prototyping
- Working knowledge of Figma
- Up to date with latest design trends, standards, and technologies
- Able to immerse in products and understand user needs
- Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities in a diverse and dynamic environment
