Specialist - UI / UX Web Designer

Design user-centered interfaces and conduct research to enhance user experience for Lennox's digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights
• Analyze user feedback and activity and iterate to enhance the user experience
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes for Desktop, Tab, and Mobile
• Design and deliver visually appealing and functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered design solutions
• Present and defend design decisions based on design principles and user research
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines
• Maintain a consistent and cohesive visual language across all digital platforms
• Design custom icons and illustrations that enhance user experience
• Adapt designs for various screen sizes and devices
• Create subtle animations and micro interactions that enhance usability and delight users
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in design execution
• Contribute to the team’s knowledge base.

Requirements

• 5 - 8 years of Expertise knowledge in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, and other Adobe Creative Suite software’s like Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Online Portfolio mandatory demonstrating both UX and UI skills.
