Kandji is seeking a seasoned design leader to elevate its product design team and user experience. The candidate will report to the CEO, shape the product vision, and own the design system while mentoring a team of designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product design organization and set the vision, standards, and processes
- Collaborate with the CEO, Engineering & Product Leaders, and other senior leaders
- Provide high-level creative direction and hands-on feedback in Figma
- Evolve and maintain a world-class design system
- Foster a culture of quality, critique, and continuous improvement
- Hire, mentor, and develop a strong team of designers
- Bring structure to the design process while staying nimble and responsive
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product design with significant leadership roles
- Exceptional design craft, systems thinking, and user-centered execution
- Proven ability to lead high-performing design teams in fast-paced environments
- Deep fluency in Figma and modern design tools
- Experience owning or leading the development of a design system
- Strong product instincts and ability to evaluate design decisions
- Ability to give and receive feedback constructively
