Join Preply as a Senior Product Designer to lead the Growth Tribe and shape the learner acquisition and conversion experience. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive design strategies.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to align on strategic direction for the Growth Tribe
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to shape learner acquisition and conversion experience
- Prototype and iterate on design solutions
- Contribute to the evolution of Preply's Design System
- Actively participate in cross-functional discussions and workshops
- Mentor designers and elevate design quality across the team
Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of professional Product Design experience
- Track record in setting design vision and mentoring designers
- Experience building consumer-facing, mobile-first products
- Experience in conducting and leading research
- Strong communication skills
- Portfolio to showcase design skills and experience
