Senior Product Designer, Creator Success

As a Senior Product Designer on Creator at Roblox, you will design user-centric UX for game operations tooling, empowering Roblox creators to build successful experiences.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to designer for Game Operations tools, defining UX strategy and collaborating on the roadmap
• Craft end-to-end experiences, bringing new perspectives and industry knowledge
• Collaborate with the Foundation Design Systems team to co-develop patterns and UI components
• Leverage analytics and user feedback to implement data-driven improvements
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture
• Partner with engineering to deliver high-quality, high-craft experiences
• Present design journeys and strategies at team and group levels

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in UX/UI design, particularly in creator or game tooling
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, or similar software
• End-to-end systems thinking that advocates for holistic user experiences
• Proactive problem-solving and project management skills
• Investigative approach to product goals from a company's and user's perspective
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts
• Deep understanding of the gaming industry, especially user-generated content platforms
