- Build Systems That Scale
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on design experience
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- Mastery of tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, and Lottie
- Experience with generative AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Figma AI)
- Pulse on design trends and the ability to set new ones
- Ability to simplify complexity into scroll-stopping visuals
